AI video, made on my own pipelines. Ads · Music videos · Event & show visuals
I direct AI video for brands, artists and stages, and build most of the machinery myself: local ComfyUI workflows and tools that give me control over every frame.

Ads, music videos and live visuals
I direct AI video for brands, agencies, artists and events: advertising and marketing pieces, music videos, and visual content designed for shows and stages.
Most of it is produced locally, on my own hardware: ComfyUI workflows and custom tools I build myself, with cloud models brought in only when they’re the best tool for a shot. It’s the engineer in me. Owning the pipeline means more control over every frame, client material that doesn’t have to leave the building, and retakes that don’t cost a fortune.
The studio behind the work is NotJustPrompts.ai, with clients including Teneo.ai and Upbeat Studio.

How I work now
I direct. My agents execute.
Every video is still mine: the concept, the story, every ingredient and every frame are my decisions. What changed is everything after the decision. My own agents, workflows, rules and conventions take care of the tedious, repetitive work, so my time goes into the creative calls, not the clicking.
Decided by me
- The concept, the story and the rules of its world
- Every ingredient: cast, props, locations, looks
- Every keyframe, and every take that makes the cut
- The edit, the rhythm and the final call
Automated by my agents
- Generating and batching boards, frames and variations
- Slicing, upscaling and organising every file
- Animating approved frames, and the retries that takes
- Syncing to the music and first-pass checks before I review

How it really gets made
The long version, for the curious: every ingredient, every tool, and the decisions in between.
What I make
Three kinds of work
Whatever the format, the job comes first: a video that does what it is for, not a demo of what a model can do.
Ads & marketing
Campaign films, product pieces and social cuts for brands and agencies, with the consistency a brand needs and the speed AI allows.
Music videos
For my own artists and for others: lip-sync, recurring characters and worlds that hold together for a whole song.
Event & show visuals
Visual content designed for stages and screens, built to play alongside a live performance.
Selected work
A few favourites
Each one shows something different: a cosmetics ad, a jingle you can almost taste, a synth-pop music video, and a song for every father out there.
